Frequently asked questions

How do you keep my pup safe?

At Pawsh Patrol, your furry friend’s safety is our top priority! We sanitize all our tools and footwear between yards with pet-safe disinfectants to keep harmful bacteria and viruses, like Parvo, far away from your pup’s play zone. To go the extra mile, we snap a photo of your securely closed gate after each visit—because a happy yard starts with a safe pup!

What Area do you service?

We proudly serve the Minneola, Clermont, and other areas in Lake county FL. Not sure if you’re in our zone? Reach out, and we’ll let you know if we can keep your yard looking it's best!

What’s the scoop on pricing?

At Pawsh Patrol, we keep it simple and affordable! Our weekly pet waste removal plans start at just $17.99 per clean-up (billed monthly). The final cost depends on your yard size, how many pups you have, and how often you’d like us to visit. Contact us here for a free quote and get your yard pawsh and poop-free in no time!

Can you scoop with my dog in the yard?

Absolutely! We’re happy to clean while your furry friend enjoys their yard. For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that any pups who may be nervous or reactive toward strangers stay indoors during our visit.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No way! We keep things flexible and hassle-free. You can start, pause, or cancel your pet waste cleanup service anytime through your easy-to-use customer portal or by giving us a call. No strings attached—just clean, pawsh yards when you need them!

What time will you scoop my yard?

Your cleanup will happen on your scheduled service day, and we’ll send you a text alert 30 minutes to an hour before we arrive—so you’ll always know when to expect us! For route optimization, we may occasionally adjust service days or times, but don’t worry—we’ll always give you plenty of notice if changes are needed. Pawsh and predictable, that’s our promise!

What do you do with the poop?

We make sure the waste is handled responsibly. We’ll double or triple bag it (if needed) and place it in your trash bins. If your bins aren’t accessible, no worries—we’ll leave it in a designated spot of your choosing. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll take care of the rest!
